For the new 'ON TRACK Webzine' to be released next week, I did a new article on good old Roaring Camp. Of all the times I've driven the 15 minutes from my house to visit the line, I really only took photos on about 3 seperate occasions...most of which are lost!
I was curious if anyone had some shots of the big West Side #7 in operation down there that they'd volunteer for use...full credit given, of course. Plus any other photos really I'd definitely want to add on to the article. The article is otherwise ready to go. I also lack photos of the standard-gauge CF7s if anyone's got those, too.
Plus, any past/present RC crew members with any interesting stories you'd like to share...please let me know! Phil and Charlie took care of a bunch of those already, too.
Let me know, ontrack @ bjwrr.com. There will be 2 narrow-gauge articles in this issue, three if you include the Custom Fabricators conversion business in Tennessee from old 0-4-0Ts!
Here's a shot of #7 in 1996 being rebuilt.
Thanks for your help,
Ed Kelley
