Rio Grande RR #1 (Texas) *PIC*

I'm trying to find out more about a narrow-gauge locomotive on display in Brownsville, Texas; Rio Grande Railroad #1 (of the Texas Rio Grande RR).
First off, I was wondering if this railroad was 36", or 42"...and second, what the locomotives' build date was. I'm curious to find out whatever I can, or turn up pictures, of this old locomotive.
Here it is on display, stuffed-and-mounted, inside a museum in Brownsville, Texas; where it remains today. This is all I've found thus far.
Thanks,
Ed Kelley
