Another Hawaiian Railroad

The pic of the hawaiian loco brought back a memory...My wife and I were on Kauai this last summer and on the east side of the island there is a concrete bridge that crosses the estuary of a small stream that empties into the pacific. Across this bridge run tracks that are about 2' apart. I think I have a pic and will see if I can find it to post. I think somewhere I had heard about a couple of sugar NG plantation roads on different islands...anyone have any more details?
