Now that the engine is back from Strasburg, PA, has anyone heard anything about hold long it will take to put everything back together?
Will the old girl see steam again in 2005 or later?
All that work should assure a better steam locomotive since the D&RGW gave her up so many years ago.
And the fact that the museum now has a turntable, should help keep the wear and tear more even as she runs around her own special narrow gauge loop.
I walked around it on my last visit; now I want to do it behind a stean engine!
