Mini K-27 - Boiler - Part B

This segment of the project involved machining the sheets previously formed in part A and adding components such as staybolts, smokebox studs and etc. It also required the rolling of some new sheets to form the two boiler shell pieces and the outer firebox sheet. After rolling the seams had to be joined and the various fittings and mounting pieces added. I had a goal to try and finish this segment by the end of 2023 but it spanned into new years day (so close). Part C will be putting all of the pieces together to complete the boiler assembly.

The boiler without the smokebox is about 24" in length with a outer diameter of 5 3/4".
