I just talked to Ron Trottier from Railstar. He was nice enough to talk to me even after I told him that I ran www.georgetownpolitics.com. The most important question that I could think to ask was whether or not he had any steam equipment. He does not and plans to run deisel until he can get steam equipment. He mentioned that it would likely be that way for the first year or two.
