What's the update on #463 and that will?

Whatever finally happened with that blurb about somebody leaving a million dollars for the restoration and upkeep of K-27 #463? I've not heard a single thing since that one posting a couple of months back. Was it all a joke or just wishfull thinking?
The "timetable" for restoring the C&TSRR engines has #463 as being either the fifth or the sixth engine in line which would seem to indicate that this was all just so much smoke!
If anybody can shed some light on this I would be grateful!
