Antonito Expansion

I got the following email from Bill Hudran, General Manager of the San Luis and Rio Grande. It doesn't sound as if they are not willing to consider using some of their property and trackage for expansion of the C & TS in Antonito.
"I took a look around at Antonito and I think the easiest and best way for the C&T to proceed is to put in a siding West of the crossing at Antonito. This would eliminate a lot of the red tape. However, we would be open to exploring other alternatives if they are viable." (Bill Hudran)
A siding west of the road crossinmg seems like a sound idea and probably workable.
