Georgetown Loop consolidation #40 made several trips around the Silver Plume yards today to test the new mechanical work done over the winter. New mechanical lubricator for the compound air pump seemed to work well, and it was good to see (and smell) her under steam again. She also received a new coat of paint from the cab forward. Plans are to take a few trips down the hill and back in the next few days to run-in parts and check for any problems.
