Does any one know the real situation at the C&TS? A new operator has been called for but apparently with the on-going bid rigging, no outsider can submit a bid. Newspapers in the area have called for the "Friends of the C&TS to step aside-but they now control the RR Commission. Even the former Governor of New Mexico David Cargo (a member of the "Friends") is calling for a new operator. I am submitting an operating proposal-but not holding my breath. Any other former bidders out there who wish to contact me-others in the know shoot me a message. Bob
