Baldwin C-16 tender Drawings

Hi folks,
I am looking for a set of detailed drawings for the C-16 tenders like one in Ed Gebhardts drawings in the July/August 1987 issue of the Gazette. There isn't enough information, specificly the frame, to build a 1:20.3 model. Any help will be great.
