The Apr. 1 snowpack figures were published in the Denver Post today, and they look reasonably good. The Rio Grande Basin is at 76% of the 30 year average, the San Juan basin is at 75%. That compares to 35% and 33% respectively, one year ago. So, it appears that we may not have to worry about a repeat of the ruinous closures that effected the C&TS and D&S last summer.
