Sumpter Depot Grand Opening *LINK*

Mark this event on your calendar! Friday, May 23, 2 PM. All the dignitaries from Gov. Kulongoski to the Sumpter city mayor have been invited. Gov. K. likes the Baker City area and who knows, he just may attend! This is probably the first RR Depot to be built in Oregon for many decades. Historic in appearance, but modern with ADA compliance, and many years in coming, it is finally here. All are invited to attend the Grand Opening and then stay on for a ride on Saturday as well as shopping at the first flea market of the season in Sumpter.
