Charter questions,etc *PIC*

This is probably jumping the gun since RGRPC is not totally in the saddle yet, but what will be the situation with special charter trains on the C&TS under the new arrangement. Does the commission have to approve extra charters or can RGRPC make those decissions.
Going along with that, if they are short of motive power, and decide to do abbreviated schedules for awhile, they might consider having charters on any off days that are available! Just a thought.
Lastly, when the engines come out of the shop will the tenders again be painted RIO GRANDE like most of them were before? Having them painted like that was a nice way to show the heritage, and makes it easier for guys wanting to do charter freights and other special trains. Something to consider for the boys in Antonito.
