BULLITIN.
TO ALL CONCERNED:-
On June 15th, a misunderstanding of signals occurred, which caused an engine to make an unnecessary trip from Atchee to Baxter Pass. In order to avoid a re-occurance of this, the following rules will be adapted; when a train needs help from the Section men, the Engineer will sound three long, and three short blasts of the whistle, thus;____ ____ ____ _ _ _. When a train needs help of another engine, the above signal will be reversed, thus; _ _ _ ____ ____ ____. Please be goverened accordingly.
