It's not too late to follow Jeff Stebbins advice and request that interested parties write to the incoming Governor of New Mexico. A friendly letter asking for support for the C&TS RR and what it is worth to you will go a long way toward obtaiing funds. I wrote an e-mail letter and received a reply that the information would be passed on. It wasn't ignored, and, receiving a reply from many politicians is a rare thing.
