The Associate Executive Director will assist the Executive Director in managing all commission office activities including administration, project management, fund raising and financial management. PROJECT MANAGER The Cumbres & Toltec Scenic Railroad Commission and Friends of the Cumbres & Toltec Scenic Railroad are seeking to retain, by contract, an individual or firm to act as Project Manager. The Project Manager will manage all aspects of a program to rebuild several historic coal fired, steam powered, narrow gauge locomotives. The program's duration is projected at three years. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in managing the rehabilitation and/or repair of steam railroad locomotives and with knowledge of Federal Railroad Administration requirements relating to such locomotives.
