The underframe of the SN caboose has been completed and today we moved it out of the SN engine house and it has been moved to Mammoth Locomotive Works in Palisade, Colo. for the fabrication of the running gear. It meant digging the engine house out so we could access the right hand bay where the work has been happening over the winter. A set of photos of the frame work and today's move is here:
