04990 Gets A Roofwalk PIC

The Boulder County Railway Historical Society has constructed a new roofwalk for 04990 in Central Park (Boulder, CO). This is follow-up to the brand new roof the caboose received this spring. It'll be painted at the next park workday -- also the trucks are soon coming out for some work. The picture below shows volunteer Todd Hackett hard at work while I supervise.
This caboose hasn't had a roofwalk in 30+ years.
