Uintah RY #50 4-18-28

Following is a summary of train movements by articulated engine #50 on that date.
Conductor Wehr, Engineer Earp, Brakeman Bird, Fireman Lehman lfet Atchee north over Baxter Pass as train #19 at 7AM
Train left Atchee with three empty stock cars, two empty box cars, an empty flatcar and caboose #3. At Wendella it picked up ( all empties) 9 flatcars, four stock cars, a boxcar and two empty ( full) water cars.
At Dragon four stock cars, a flat car, and a water car were cut out. At Rector siding an empty flat car was set out and then the train continued towards Watson. At Rainbow Junction three boxcars and two stock cars were cut out and taken in to Watson ( ???????? same question regarding train movements as in an earlier post - would love to here some musings as to how switching was done at Rainbow Jucntion / Watson). The reat of the train was taken up to Rainbow from here and two of the empty flatcars were taken on over to the China Wall mine.
Train #20 was made up at Rainbow and left there at 1:15 PM consisting of eight flatcars of ore, the now empty water car, and caboose #3. At Rector, three more flatcars of ore were added on to the consist, and three more at Country Boy. at Dragon, two empty water cars were added in on to the train and then it was pulled up grade to Wendella. There the three empty water cars were spotted next tot eh tank for filling, and all but six flatcars of ore were set out at Wendlella. the six flatcars fo ore and caboose #3 were then pulled over "the hill" to Atchee, arriving there at 6:35 PM.
