On another forum dedicated to mining this link was brought up:

Tecopa Mining District

According to the photographer,

"Just a little to the east we also discovered several unknown mines high up in the mountains and running between them were the remains of a narrow guage RR completly intact."
(from Mohave Underground)

So, where is this? Is it really narrow gauge, and if so, what railroad would it be?

The pictures show an intact trestle and small portions of the ROW.
