NNG Colorado Midland(?) part II

Two more pics I am hoping someone can identify: The first pic is the reason that I suspected they were taken along the Colorado Midland: One of the signs says "Manitou Park Hotel". The sign on the barn reads "Hank's Livery & Feed" and another appears to read "Hotel Rockland"
The second looks more like D&RG outside of Colorado Springs, but, as I mentioned, I am not from Colorado:
