As was suggested in earlier threads, I have contacted the commission for information about the engineering analysis for Lobato. They do have an engineering report for the work that entailed the load tests of Cascade Trestle and other work related to Lobato. I was told that I could see the report at the commission office. I suggested that they post this report online, and they said they would do that. I do not know where it will be posted, but presumably we will see it soon.
