Emma Sweeny model

Sitting in Santa Rita park in Durango is a full size studio model of the Emma Sweeny the locomotive used in the movie A Ticket to Tomahawk.

I looked at the Durango Railraod Historical Society web site recently and was saddened to learn that the series of restoration photos of the studio prop have been taken down. It ssems to
me that they were a unique restoration project in movie railroad history.

I also learned that the locomotive model was vandelized in recent years. Does anyone know if it has been repaired? I am glad that it is under a covered shed.
