I found this picture of short caboose 0573 in Farmington, Utah, at the Lagoon Amusement Park. I believe this was taken when it was being moved from Lagoon's Pioneer Village (a collection of historic buildings, including an Oregon Short Line depot) to the Utah State Railroad Museum.
