I purchased this document about a year ago and was wondering if any other copies existed.
It sates that this document was created for the State of Colorado and New Mexico Railroad Authority.
It contains great amounts of information regarding rider statistics, a proposition to build a visitors center, track alignment,and much more.
Any information would be appreciated!
