Durango Circa 1967

A few days back, I shared a scan of a Harrison photo taken in the DRGW yard in Durango, Colorado. There was a large black smoke cloud the was obviously coming from a distant engine parked by the coal tower. This shot reveals the engine. The engine number appears to end in "7", so I assume it is #497 or #487. Perhaps some one with DRGW narrow gauge knowledge can tell which. Note that the year date on the gondola to the left in the photo is 1967 which lines up with other Harrison shots presumed to have been taken in the fall of 1967. The scan is from the SVRR Archive.
