C&S #9 to Breckenridge

According to an article in the Summit Daily News today, Colorado & Southern #9 is supposed to move to Breckenridge in November and be placed on display with the rotary snowplow and C&S boxcars (the same location the IRCA 111 sat during its brief stay in Breckenridge). The article says that #9 will not operate in any fashion in Breckenridge and interestingly, there is no mention of the tender (which is still sitting in Strasburg CO needing major work, even for display purposes).
