2nd Question for Expert, Spur No. of Willow Ck

Who might have owned this lbr spur which went northwest off the main about a mile north of Willow Creek? It was visible from train in 1966 and looks too young for a lumber spur from Burn-Biggs of the 1890s. Did Pound Lumber Co. of Chama ever do any inbound logs by rail? That would have been after 1930 to either of the two mills they had in Chama. They had sidings into the mills from both directions.
Southeast grade in lower-right part of image was the spur into the east side of the Biggs' Willow Creek Saw mill whos foundation is still seen from the US 84, as iron bars still sick up from ground. Mill photo is on page 12 of "Logging along the D&RG" PRR
