D&RGW Baggage Car 125

I am scratch building an On3 model of D&RGW baggage car #125 and getting down to the final finishing for late 1930's era.

I am looking for the colours for the following items.

1) End sills and railings? (I am assuming black)
2) Handrails on either side of end doors
3) Handrails on either side of baggage door.
4) Drop footstep below the baggage doors.
5) Metal sheathing panel below baggage doors.

Would appreciate any help.
