2002 C&TS wish list

As an employee ,I hope this is addressed before I go back to work this spring :
1.All potties on the train operational ,with none boarded up (some potties inoperable for two seasons).
2.All windows fixed ,including taped-up broken windows.
3.All cars have doorknobs on the doors .
4. A computer ticketing system that actually works ,so there are not 40 or more oversold seats almost every day ,like last year .
5.Quit calling them "parlour" cars .It's hokey . Call them "extra fare" "club" ,almost anything else . They could also rename the Chama car for someone who felt the railroad was something more than a personal political agenda .
6.Sometime soon , if the management cares to keep good employees ,there needs to be a pay raise . Pay is so low it is embarrassing .
Other than those gripes ,the C&TS is a great railroad . It has great employees , very good to excellent mangement , and I have a deep conviction it is going the right direction .
