The Swiss went and set a world record today for the longest narrow gauge train (and longest passenger train of any gauge, they claim) on the spectacular Albula/Bernina route through the Alps. The train was almost 2km long and had 7 engineers, and you can read more about it

I was lucky enough to visit this route on an off day on tour a few years ago and spend a beautiful afternoon hiking around Filisur and Davos, so I figured I'd share a couple scenes of the (much shorter) trains I saw there.
