Mineral Creek bridge in Silverton

We were looking at the bridge over Mineral Creek in Silverton recently and noted that the builder's plate on each side of the bridge had been stolen and I could not remember ever seeing them. So, a little digging turned up this photo in my office that shows it was built by the Pennsylvania Steel Co. in Steelton, PA in 1907:

The photo was taken in 1917. This same album has the photo of the original entrance to the Silverton school and that entrance was removed nearly 40 years ago, and now it is to be restored, based on the photo in this album. It is good to stash things.
