Two Westside Shays Side By Side

Here is another great shot taken by Dick Harrison at Tuolumne, Ca. of Westside Lbr. Co. Shays #12 and #15. Both are survivors. #12 was built in 1927 for Swayne Lbr. Co. and come to the Westside in 1940. It is today stored at the Colorado Railroad Museum. #15 was built in 1913 for Westside and runs today at Yosemite Mountain Sugar Pine Railroad. The scan is from the SVRR Archive.
