Suggestions for pleasing the non-foamer while visiting Durango

OK guys, what to do in Durango between riding trains and taking pictures? We will be there for Railfest. My typical mode is to photograph every last rivet of RR equipment and historic or RR related structure, scenery, etc. to the point of exhaustion! I can smooth over most of this behavior if I can throw in some activities for my girlfriend. Any suggestions while in Durango?
