Mystery D&SNG MOW Vehicle

Ok - so it's a "mystery" to me, but I'm sure someone on this board will be able to enlighten me. Just what the heck is this?! I snagged this image capture from a video of someone's yard tour taken in the (I believe) early 90's. I don't think I've ever seen this little critter anywhere else, in video or photo, and certainly not during my own visits to Durango.


(Disclaimer: apologies in advance to the Internet poster this image came from - I knew I wouldn't be able to adequately describe this puppy, so a I snagged the image. Months later, for the life of me I can't remember where it came from and so I apologize!)

I eagerly await somebody smarter than me to chime in here!
