NNG: Porta-potty's on the Rio Grande Scenic

I see on the web-cam that the regular passanger train from Alamosa to La Vita has an extra car on it today. It looks like the hay car prototype. It has a couple of porta-potty's loaded on it.
I am guessing they are going to Fir for a 4th of July concert at the summit?

Update: They just disconnected the porta-potty car. I guess another train will take it up to fir.
