Lobato Tressle repair/rebuild

We still don't know what it will take to repair/rebuilt the tressle at Lobato, but they will have to do major work on the tressle, why not strenghten it so it can support 2 k36 locos at the same time?
It would make the double headers out of Chama much easier to manage.
