Veterans day leads me to remember my father who served as a forward artillery observer in the Korean War. He told me about his late 1950 journey on a hospital train on a Japanese built narrow gauge line somewhere north of Hamhung, North Korea. This was one leg of his journey from near the Yalu River to Mt Vernon Army Hospital. Are there photos of this line during the war anywhere?
