Mexican National Construction Company 3-foot gauge 2-10-0 Drawings

Hello all!

I found out about this locomotive last night, one of two Class 12-30F Drawing 1 2-10-0s built by Baldwin for the three foot gauge contractors of the Compania Constructora Nacional Mexicana. This design intrigues me greatly, as 1) it looks like the logical evolution of a D&RG Class 70, had another axle been needed for weight distribution, and 2) it is the only 3 foot gauge Decapod of any type I have come across. These two engines, numbers 20 and 21, were the only ones of their class built.

I was wondering if any drawings/Erecting Cards existed for these engines. I have not been able to find their Erecting Card numbers as per SMU's master document with most of Baldwin's products listed.

Thanks in advance,
Eric
