Big Horn Rams Siesta Time

I have noticed over the years that Big Horns like to take a couple of naps a day in between eating. For me it has been difficult to be in the right place for a ambush since they don't make a habit of laying down in the same area every day. This time it worked out gooood for a ambush two different times in one day. The thing that made me happy with this day is I don't see a lot photos of free ranging big horn rams laying down close to each other very often.

The pictures from a distance that shows where they were is taken after the ambush and I had worked my way out of their area.
