Plan to restore D&RGW 169 to operational condition

A few years back there was a plan to restore D&RGW 169 (On display in Alamosa) to operable condition.
This was before 168 was restored.
Have the plans to restore 169 been dropped (I would assume so) since 168 is now operable?

I don't think the plans ever got very far along.
