WW&F cancels Fall Work Weekend

The Wiscasset Waterville & Farmington Railway Museum in Alna, Maine, has cancelled its Fall Work Weekend. The four-day event was scheduled for Oct. 9-12. An announcement from the museum’s president last week said concerns involving the COVID-19 epidemic led to the decision to cancel the event.

The museum also cancelled its popular Victorian Christmas in December and will not participate in the Amherst Railway Society railroad hobby show in 2021.

The museum will develop tentative plans for a Spring Work Weekend in April 2021.
