A bit late, but here are some of the glorious photos I took at the end of the September 5 Como workday;
The pushcarts in the roundhouse. The new yellow cart will take over the duties of being the track tool hauler.
The new pushcart after its first day on the railroad. Though the cart made several trips from one end of the line to the other (it was attached to the running speeder for the day), it looks as though it will take several more to make the wheels shiny.
C&S 8311 at its new home in front of the depot. The track 8311 is on will be connected as soon as we fine a 60LB #6 frog to complete the switch.
Another look at 8311 and the now dismantled temporary track that was used to get the car in place.
Looking north from the Highway 8 crossing towards Boreas Pass. Flatcar 6770 can be seen in the distance, sitting at the present end of track.
