Round 2 of Questions

Thank you Glenn, Casey, and Scott for providing me with answers to my first three questions. Below are my next three (for anyone).

Like the subject says, this is the second round of a series of questions both narrow gauge and standard gauge related.

1. D&RGW Consolidation C-19 346's build month? (??/1881)

2. RGS Ten-Wheeler T-19 20's build month? (??/1899)

3. The D&RGW built eight, fifty-foot, fifty-thousand pound capacity, steel flat cars from 1955-1957 numbered 6400-6407. They're identical to the 6600 series flat cars. Are there any left, and if not, what happened to them?
