In a recent thread there was a discussion on how often or not that narrow gauge railroads marked their links and pins.
Here is a variant of that theme. This is a cast narrow gauge link & pin coupler pocket off the M. A. Burns Lumber Company of Castella in Shasta County in Northern California. I wonder how many narrow gauge railroads had their couple pockets marked like this. I would imagine very few loggers had them marked like this one.
