Flash! Goose 6 to run in Ridgway October 12 and 13

This just in, Goose 6 from the Colorado Railroad Museum will be joining Geese 4 (Telluride), 5 (Dolores), Motor1 and Inspection Car 1 for the Ridgway Railroad Museum's Gathering of the Flock on October 12 and 13. Railfans will be able to ride all five vehicles as many times as they want between 9 am and 5 pm for just a $5 full-day pass. The weekend also features two lectures on "Motors and Galloping Geese" by museum president Karl Schaeffer, guided hikes along the Silverton Railroad railbed on Red Mountain on Thursday and Friday, and a model open house at board member Don Paulson's house on Saturday morning.
