Union Pacific Lantern from Buena Vista, CO

This lantern came from a family in Buena Vista, CO and their relative worked for the railroad in Buena Vista in the late 1800's. Having come from Buena Vista it is most likely from when the Union Pacific controlled the Denver South Park & Pacific. The lantern is an Adams and Westlake 1882 Brasstop wire bottom frame with a clear cast extended base. The lantern frame is stamped Union Pacific the globe is cast Union Pacific.
