I know the Rio Grande had six ex-URY water cars but I can't quite ID this one:
This is a closeup of
this photo by Bob Richardson taken in July 1941.
I know spotting features are truck type (archbar/cast), tank size (various), tank side rivet pattern (varies), water filler height (varies), etc. The only features I can make out are the filler and the rivets but I can't find good enough photos/info to make a proper determination.
I have the Bender book and have checked DPL but no luck.
