Rio Grande Southern meet...where is it?

Our photographer has a couple of minutes of B&W footage at the end of this large film reel, and it appears he took Goose 4 from somewhere, and along the way they met this freight. There is good footage of it climbing from behind the photographer in this still frame. Lead engine was 464, mid-train helper was 461, and caboose was 0400, short caboose like the 0579. I chose this image since it shows a depot in the distance which might help determine the location better than the other direction.
This is the first film footage I have ever had of RGS.
